I ordered on January 30th 2024. Waited and waited to get tracking info. contacted customer support asking for information on the shipment. I was told the order was delayed due to the Chinese New Year Holiday. I was told that due to the delay, I would be sent some extra parts, attachments for my wait. There was nothing extra sent.. I finally received the order on April 3rd 2024.

I will definitely be ordering more, The process was easy and the quality has been excellent. it works great and will be a great addition to my business equipment.
